I decided to share my journey, my recipes, my workout programs, my progress, and everything I do to stay fit and healthy.
I love myself and my body, but I still need to work and learn more about how I can prevent myself from doubting that self-love. Loving your body is the most important thing when it comes to creating the body you want, and giving it the attention it deserves is the crucial thing!
Why did I start writing this blog?
I was always interested in reading blogs about healthy food and keeping fitness regimes. I was trying to find my way and the perfect balanced diet for me. I was working out in the gym like crazy, eating healthy like crazy, and then step by step, year by year I felt like everything was slowly balancing itself. Once you learn how to balance your diet and your training program you know that you are on the right way.
The most important thing is to love what you do, and do what you love. I definitely follow that rule. People around me always complain and ask me how I can manage to drink smoothies every day, or work out every second day. Well… I enjoy it! Once you see the results it becomes an addiction! You will never want to stop. So, at the moment I think that I am on the level where I feel so complete and satisfied with myself, and I am very sure and so ready to give and do more!
