Flat Belly Green Smoothie !

Let’s talk about a super charged meal in a glass! A meal that will definitely help you lose that stubborn belly fat!

I’m kinda in love with this green goddess, and hello! It is October! Doesn’t that mean it is time to add mint into things? I guess it doesn’t, but let’s just fantasize for a second about chocolate mint taste, mint bars, mint cookies… Mint smoothies! It’s not just that the flavor is amazing and refreshing, but mint leaves have many awesome health benefits. From helping with digestion to killing acne. Trust me, mint can be your super hero!


What I love about this belly burner smoothie is that is so easy to digest. In fact that’s a fact for all the green smoothies, they are easily digested. Let me explain the process: the fruits and greens blend really well together, in the meantime the cell walls where nutrients were attached are broken, making the nutrients available for the body to take advantage of. Think of it as being “pre-digested.”

Also, if you are someone who is not really a big fan of green leaves, this kind of smoothie will be the best way for you, so you can get the needed amount of greens in your eating regime. It can keep you full, healthy and energized. Not only that, but it helps with what a lot of women are concerned about: burning the belly fat.

Belly fat is enemy ”numero uno” for women. Thats why I have the recipe that could help you lose it. Trust me, by having a smoothie like this every morning, you will lose that fat in the most natural way.  Now, don’t start judging me if you only drink one or two, or you eat bad food for the remainder of the day and you expect results. You should be consistent, and of course most of your diet should be healthy, packed with all the nutritions.

This mint, spinach, avocado, kiwi, orange and pear smoothie is thick, smooth and so creamy! It will boost your metabolism, strengthen your immune system and make you lose body fat. The hazelnut milk that I used as a base, blends perfectly with all the ingredients.

One thing that I have to mention is that adding the avocado is a game changer. You won’t really taste it but it gives the best creamy texture and lots of healthy fat. The kiwi and the pear add some sweetness. The orange goes well with everything and the mint totally covers the spinach, you won’t even notice it!

Its enough blabbering  guys, let the blending games begin !

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1 cup raw baby spinach
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 orange
  • 2 kiwis


Place hazelnut milk, spinach, avocado, mint, orange, pear and kiwi in blender! Cover. Blend until smooth!
